EduPlus Creation ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SSC English PRO mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Application and the choices you have associated with that data.

We are committed to user privacy. We do not collect unnecessary personal information. The data we collect includes:
- User-Provided Information: Optional mobile number or name provided for progress synchronization across devices.
- Learning & Progress Data: Solved questions, quiz scores, accuracy statistics, bookmarked questions, and mistake vault history stored locally on your device (LocalStorage/IndexedDB).
- Device & Diagnostics Data: Anonymous technical information such as device model, OS version, and crash logs to improve app performance and stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
The collected information is used strictly to provide and enhance your learning experience:
- To personalize your SSC exam practice and maintain daily study streaks.
- To save your bookmarks and mistake vault items for revision.
- To verify and restore Pro Pass access across your devices.
- To monitor and fix technical issues, bugs, and crashes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your study history, bookmarks, and quiz progress are primarily stored locally on your device. Any data synchronized with our secure servers is encrypted using standard HTTPS / TLS protocols. We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
4. Third-Party Services
Our application may utilize trusted third-party service providers solely for payment processing and analytics:
- Google Play In-App Billing: All financial transactions for Pro Pass are processed directly and securely by Google Play. We do not store or have access to your credit/debit card details or bank credentials.
- Google Play Services: For app distribution, updates, and crash diagnostics.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our application is an educational exam preparation tool intended for students and aspirants preparing for competitive examinations (such as SSC CGL, CHSL, CPO, MTS). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
6. Data Deletion Rights
You have full control over your data. You can reset your local progress directly within the application's Profile/Settings section at any time, or request complete account and data deletion via our Data Deletion Request Page.
