SSC English PRO is an independent educational learning platform developed and maintained by EduPlus Creation. This application is NOT affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), the Government of India, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All previous year exam questions are used strictly for educational revision and pedagogical learning under fair use doctrine.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the SSC English PRO mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Permitted Educational Use
The Application is designed solely for self-study, exam practice, vocabulary enhancement, and grammatical preparation for competitive examinations. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, or redistribute the source code or proprietary dataset.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or exploits to compromise app functionality or backend APIs.
- Resell, lease, or sub-license your account or Pro Pass access to third parties.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The user interface, design assets, pedagogical algorithms, proprietary 120 Golden Rules explanations, AI sentence scanner logic, and software code are the intellectual property of EduPlus Creation.
4. Pro Pass & In-App Purchases
Certain advanced features (such as unlimited AI Scanner checks, all PYQ sets, and full Golden Rules notes) may be unlocked via the SSC Pro Pass. All purchases are processed through the official Google Play In-App Billing system and are subject to Google Play Terms of Service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The application and educational materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our explanations, solutions, and grammatical rules, EduPlus Creation does not guarantee error-free content or specific examination outcomes/selection guarantees.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EduPlus Creation, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
